Boston Celtics extend unbeaten streak, Deron Fox leads Kings’ rally, Thunder beat Warriors in OT

Led by Derrick White’s 30 points and Kristaps Porzingis’ 21, the Boston Celtics extended their perfect record to 10-0 with a 133-123 win over the New York Knicks at TD Garden.

The Celtics, who lost to the Indiana Pacers in the quarterfinals of the NBA In-Season Championship on Monday, bounced back led by Jayson Tatum’s 25 points. Porzingis, who missed the team’s previous four games with a strained left calf, came up big in the first half, scoring 19 points on 7-of-8 shooting to help Boston take a 74-65 lead at halftime.

The Celtics extended their lead to 20 points in the third quarter and the Knicks never got closer than seven in the fourth. Jalen Brunson and RJ Barrett each scored 23 points for New York.

Delon Fox led the Sacramento Kings to a 114-106 win over the shorthanded Phoenix Suns, scoring 34 points, including 23 in the fourth quarter.

Domantas Sabonis contributed 15 points, 17 rebounds and five assists as the Kings overcame a nine-point halftime deficit by outscoring the Suns 33-12 in the third quarter.

Phoenix, missing Kevin Durant and Bradley Beal, made just 6 of 23 shots in the third quarter, allowing the Kings to tie the game. The Kings eventually took control in the fourth quarter, led by Fox.

Devin Booker scored 28 points for the Suns, but his team lost for the fourth time in five games. Eric Gordon contributed 19 points.

The Oklahoma City Thunder continued their domination of the Golden State Warriors by beating them 138-136 in overtime.

Shay Gilgeous-Alexander scored 38 points, Jalen Williams contributed 28 and Chet Holmgren 21, including three free throws with 7.7 seconds left in the fourth quarter that forced the Warriors into overtime. The Thunder have defeated the Warriors three times in four meetings this season.

Stephen Curry scored 34 points for the Golden State Warriors, but his team fell to 10-12 on the season. Klay Thompson scored 22 points and Jonathan Kuminga came off the bench before fouling out in overtime to finish with 24 points and 12 rebounds.
